Who are we, what do we do?
Hello, we are Epilog - a studio that combines passion, creativity, and 3D technologies. We are a team full of energy, fueled by coffee and yerba mate. We love starting the day with blueberry buns from the local bakery and exchanging ideas for upcoming projects. Each of us complements each other with knowledge and skills - Grzegorz will show you the secrets of post-production, Ania will enchant you with architectural ideas, and Magda will infect you with a love for LinkedIn! Although we sometimes have rather heated discussions about artificial intelligence, together we can create something amazing, and we are not just talking about projects, but also an atmosphere full of support and inspiration.
We specialize in 3D visualizations and animations, and our projects are functional works of art. Creativity flows in our veins, and thanks to our out-of-the-box thinking and dedication to each project, we create magic on the screen. We are not afraid of challenges and we happily follow the latest trends in 3D graphics, looking for new techniques and original solutions. Our goal is to understand the needs of our clients so that we can create something extraordinary for them.
What won't we give you?
Dear potential employee, we are full of good intentions, but we must warn you - we don't offer Fruitful Thursdays in our package because we prefer our team to be relatively "fit" throughout the week. We don't offer you the opportunity to "gain valuable experience," but instead, we can provide you with the opportunity for personal growth. In the Epilogue, you have a chance to discover your strengths, uncover your potential, and develop your skills in the areas that interest you. And if we're talking about experience, you certainly won't be lacking challenges and opportunities to learn something new. After all, we work in dynamic times. We can't exactly be called an extremely young team - sometimes we get a little tired. Oh, and remember, we don't have any "traditions" here because why limit ourselves to the past when we can create the future together?
What will we give you?
You can work with us on an employment contract, a contract for specific work, or as a B2B contractor, and the compensation depends on the type of agreement and your experience. We don't limit our employees' working hours - everyone can work when it's convenient for them. And we're not talking about the standard "flexible" working hours - here, everyone operates at different times, as it suits them! In the Epilogue, there's a non-corporate atmosphere, which means you can always count on a friendly and intimate environment within a talented team. You work in an independent position, giving you real influence over your tasks. And if you want, you can take advantage of our hybrid work system and partially work remotely - we have a pleasant space in the center of Zabrze. Of course, we also enjoy meeting in the office to discuss important matters and implement new ideas. Furthermore, our square is open to your dog, fish, or lemur. We're definitely animal lovers!

We are looking for 3D artists who adore CGI as much as we do, and if they combine it with skills in editing and animation, then we are absolutely in awe!
We are not looking for a specific level of experience - we are open to juniors, mids, and seniors, because the most important thing for us is a passion for 3D. There is also complete freedom when it comes to the form of work - you can work remotely, hybrid, or in a traditional studio, whichever suits you.

We also offer the opportunity to realize your creative ideas and a highly flexible form of work. What do we expect from you?
Of course, we expect responsibility and good communication - without them, it's hard to work effectively. If you are proficient in Unreal Engine or Unity, 3ds max or Blender, Vray, Corona or Fstorm, and also use Adobe CC or Davinci Resolve, then you are almost an ideal candidate. But don't worry, we don't just look at technical skills - willingness and creativity are equally important to us.

Working in our creative studio, you will be responsible for implementing defined values, buyer personas, and processes - without the whims of superiors. Do you have an idea for a campaign that will bring a smile to our clients' faces? Go ahead, bring it to life! And what about marketing content? Here we give you a free hand - create beautiful and unconventional content that will attract the attention of clients from different industries. There is no room for boredom with us - every project is unique and original.

• Creating visual content on Social Media:
If you are a video editing expert and like to create creative content, we are interested in your skills! On our social media, we need exciting and interesting materials that will attract the attention of our followers.
• Website management:
Are you a lover of tinkering with websites? Great, because we need someone who will help us maintain our website at the highest level.
• Writing engaging content for online marketing:
We not only need visual attractions but also engaging content! Are you a master at writing creative and original texts that will interest our followers? We are waiting for you!
• Creating a publication schedule on Social Media:
Are you good at planning and organizing? We need someone to help us create a consistent publication schedule on our social media platforms.
• Managing the LinkedIn account:
If you are an expert in managing the LinkedIn platform, we are interested in your skills! We want our LinkedIn account to be top-notch.
What do we expect from you?
In addition to an interest in marketing, media, and social networks, we need someone with a light pen and creative ideas. You must also be open to expanding your knowledge and have the ability to work in a team. We also expect a sense of aesthetics and knowledge of the English language. Clear and concise communication is crucial for us - we love to listen to team members' opinions, even if they are negative. If you are also interested in photography and have basic skills in video editing software, knowledge of Adobe or other graphic software, it will definitely be a big advantage!
Additionally:
• We do not require experience in a similar position, but if you have it, it's always a bonus!
• We will adjust the work schedule to your needs and capabilities so that you can focus on task completion.
• You can start working part-time, but we warn you that you will have so much fun with us that eventually, you will want to work with us full-time!
